We had a great stay with fresh air and a lake view room. Best aspects were convenient location near landmarks and restaurants, parking for private car, and pleasant room facilities for a short stay. The hotel also had a cute garden maintained by the owner.
No negatives from this place.

The hotel's central location makes for easy access to the city's main roads and attractions while also keeping a close distance to popular eateries. the rooms are spacious and well, equipped with basic amenities such as comfortable beds, good Wi, Fi and ample storage for luggage. Guests can also enjoy a view of the lake from certain rooms.
The hotel seems to lack detail, oriented cleaning, evident in some guests' complaints about smelly toilets and a wet bathroom floor.

Fresh air on a high point with a beautiful lake view and a well-kept garden. Very nice to be close to the flower park and the spot where horses eat grass.
The hotel room was a big minus because of the bad smell in the bathroom. , watching Television was inconvenient as it’s not aligned with the bed.

The hill location of the hotel provided a cool ambiance with fresh air and a great view, making it a unique experience. the proximity to the flower park was a plus, and the small garden maintained by the owner added a cute touch to the place.
The staff didn't appear welcoming and lacked hospitality, missing specific requests and keeping the toilet unclean. the price didn't match the value, costing an unreasonable rate for the room.

Convenient location in the city center. Close proximity to Xuan Huong lake and main roads. Fresh and cool air due to the hotel's hilltop location. Beautiful lake view from the rooms. Well-maintained garden by the owner. Next door to a popular Nam Vang noodle restaurant. Plenty of nearby restaurants, landmarks, and cafes. Reasonable and affordable price
